Jeff Johnson has worked in organizational development for nearly four decades, including 29 years as director of corporate and foundation relations at Hamline University where he secured grants for capital initiatives and for faculty and staff programs and projects. Earlier he helped design and direct external degree and other non-traditional education programs at the University of Minnesota where he earned undergraduate and graduate degrees. He has also consulted with a broad array of non-profit organizations. At the Center Jeff serves as the Editor and Chief of the Center for Policy Design Press.
